This policy explains how Mia Flint (“Mia Flint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through miaflint.com, our email programs, and direct inquiries related to the site.

Information you provide
When you request the Starter Upgrade Pack or join the founding-member waitlist, we collect your email address. If you email, text, or book a consultation, we also receive the information you include in that communication, such as your name, business details, workflow questions, and preferred contact information.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. This information is used to deliver and protect the site, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
Email activity
Our email provider may record delivery, bounce, unsubscribe, and engagement information so we can send requested material, maintain deliverability, and avoid emailing people who have opted out.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- deliver resources you request;
- manage the membership waitlist and related updates;

When you submit the signup form, you ask us to send the Starter Upgrade Pack and related Mia Flint updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages, though we may still send a necessary reply to a request you initiated.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the site and email program. These currently include:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, and security; and
- Loops for contact management and email delivery.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including maintaining suppression records so an unsubscribe request remains honored. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email mia@miaflint.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
You may also unsubscribe directly from any marketing email. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Children and international visitors
The site is intended for adults and business operators, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can remove it.
If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

The site links to third-party platforms and social networks. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
